Set against the magestic backdrop of towering mountains and beautiful blue skies, the Squamish Valley Music Festival was a feast not only for the ears, but also for the eyes.
There was twirling and dancing, in bodysuits and bangles.
Strings of bright balloons pierced the sky, and swayed in the wind to the beats of Sam Smith, Odesza and Vance Joy to name a few.
In an attempt to prepare for the late-night chilly mountain air, I layered crochet on crochet. A word of advice – you may need more than that to stay cosy!
For the sunny, daytime hours however, the extra layer provides a nice bit of added coverage that isn’t too heavy.
