Salt and Shimmer - Honolulu sunset travels

Sick of sunsets?

No? Me neither.

Made it to Queen’s Beach in Honolulu juuust in time for an enchanting golden hour.

The idyllic Hawaiian reputation is grounded in truth. It’s lush, laid back in a refreshing way, and pretty much everyone says “Mahalo” with a grin.

‘Mahalo’ communicates gratitude, sincerity and respect – all nicely packaged in one sing-songey word. Some consider it one of the most important words in the Hawaiian language, connotating quintessential Hawaiian values. A quick Google also tells me that it should only ever be used if one truly feels it within.

So to Hawaii, and to you – Mahalo.Salt and Shimmer - Honolulu sunset travelsSalt and Shimmer - Honolulu sunset travelsSalt and Shimmer - Honolulu sunset travelsSalt and Shimmer - Honolulu sunset travelsSalt and Shimmer - Honolulu sunset travelsSalt and Shimmer - Honolulu sunset travelsSalt and Shimmer - Honolulu sunset travelsSalt and Shimmer - Honolulu sunset travelsSalt and Shimmer - Honolulu sunset travelsSalt and Shimmer - Honolulu sunset travels
